Who we are
Crewe Ear Wax Removal isn't a pop-up or a franchise. It's a microsuction service run inside Crewe Pharmacy — a regulated community pharmacy on Nantwich Road — by people you can look up on a public register.
Crewe Ear Wax Removal is the microsuction ear care service of Crewe Pharmacy, a GPhC-registered community pharmacy at 139-141 Nantwich Road. When you book with us, you're not visiting an anonymous clinic in a rented room — you're walking into a working pharmacy on one of Crewe's main roads, where the same clinical governance that covers every prescription also covers your ears.
The service exists for a simple reason: most GP surgeries around Crewe no longer offer ear wax removal on the NHS, and the alternatives — travelling to a hospital department or waiting weeks for a mobile provider — don't suit ears that are blocked today. A pharmacy on the high street, open six days a week, fills that gap naturally.
Everything about the service is deliberately plain: two fixed prices, one method (water-free microsuction), both ears examined every time, and honest advice when wax turns out not to be the problem.
Anyone can claim to be clinical. We'd rather you verified it — every registration below links to, or can be checked against, an official public record.
Every appointment starts with a proper examination of both ears under magnification — even if only one feels blocked. You'll be told exactly what we can see, in plain English, before any removal begins.
Sometimes the ear that feels blocked contains no removable wax at all. When that happens, we say so. We'll explain what we found, what's likely causing your symptoms, and where to go next — whether that's your GP, an audiologist, or simply time and drops. What we won't do is hoover around an empty canal to justify a fee.
The prices are £50 for one ear and £70 for both, and that's the end of the price list. There are no consultation fees, no "premium" tiers, and no pressure to buy anything on the way out beyond honest advice about softening drops if you actually need them.
You should leave every appointment knowing what was in your ear, what we did about it, and how to stop it coming back so quickly. If you like the detail, we're happy to talk technique — our microsuction page is a good preview of how we explain things.
